Gliding

There are two types of gliding within the ATC powered and non-powered gliding. Non-powered gliding is done in the Viking which has no engine is just launched from either a ground based winch or towed by another aircraft to sawing height.

You have to be 14 to glide; we glide in various locations. Further to this there is the possibility to undertake a gliding scholarship. To do so you must be 16 and a minimum of Leading Classification.
